Glegg L. Watson
Glegg L. Watson is the Chairman of GREYSTONE. Mr. Watson is a recognized corporate leader in diversity, having co-authored Black Life in Corporate America: Swimming in the Mainstream - a 1982 non-fiction best-seller based on research which focused on gender and racial experiences in the Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Watson was Vice-president - Public and Urban Affairs for Xerox Corporation. His experience also includes positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, the Washington Post and Yale University's School of Management. Mr. Watson has served on the Board of Trustees of Howard University, Lincoln University, University of the West Indies, North Carolina A&T State University, Barber-Scotia College, Bennett College and Benedict College. He has also been the recipient of several awards, recognition and honorary degrees. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Howard University and an MPA from Syracuse University/Cornell University. He has also completed the Executive Educational programmes at the Kennedy and Business Schools at Harvard, and all the coursework for his doctorate (ABD) in Public Policy and Urban Education. He also holds a BBA with a concentration in Finance from Howard University.

Marcus K. N. Richards
Mr. Richards is a seasoned professional with over two (2) decades of extensive experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, corporate finance, enterprise management and enterprise turnarounds. His industry experience includes real estate & lodging, retail, distribution, logistics, agriculture, manufacturing and food & beverage. In addition to serving as the Managing Director Executive Vice-Chairman of Greystone Capital Partners Holdings (GREYSTONE), he also serves as the Executive Vice-Chairman of Argyle Industries Inc. (an investment vehicle founded and managed by GREYSTONE). He serves on the board of directors for a number of other companies, including Hardware & Lumber, DownSound Entertainment, R-Hotel (Evwill), Parkland Industrial Co., Sure Financial, Centurion Concrete Products, Brown Box, Regency Blinds and Avalon Logistics, where his strategic insights and guidance play a pivotal role in driving growth and success. He also serves on the board of directors of philanthropic organizations - Caribbean Love Now and the H&L Foundation. He's an alumnus of Howard University, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in finance. Mr. Richards has garnered invaluable professional experience at renowned global firms such as JP Morgan Securities and PricewaterhouseCoopers. His expertise, combined with a passion for making a meaningful impact, shapes his commitment to achieving excellence in all endeavors.

Evril G. Spencer
Mr. Spencer is a senior investment banking professional with an extensive track record in leveraged finance, acquisition financing transactions and debt restructuring. His expertise spans a number of industries, including telecommunications, cable, media, industrials, and data centres. With almost 10 years of experience on Wall Street, Mr. Spencer has completed 52 leveraged finance transactions, raising approximately $14 billion in capital for corporate clients. Additionally, he has advised clients on 15 debt restructuring transactions affecting over $4 billion of leveraged debt serving as a lead negotiator with creditors in the leveraged debt markets in the U.S. He has a proven track record in business development, as evidenced by his key role in building the data centre investment banking practice at TD Securities. Mr. Spencer has advised clients throughout North America and Latin America. He holds a BBA from Pace University, summa cum laude, and he obtained his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is also a certified public accountant.
